Powder Coating Ovens
Our Powder Coating Ovens are engineered to provide the stable temperatures and controlled airflow required for efficient, repeatable curing performance across a wide range of powder-coated components.
The curing stage is critical to coating performance. During the process, applied powder transforms into a hardened, chemically cross-linked finish. Most thermoset powder coatings require curing at approximately 200°C for 10 to 15 minutes, though exact cycles vary depending on coating specification, thickness, and component mass. Our ovens accommodate this variation while minimising the risk of under- or over-curing.
Accurate, uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber ensures every component receives consistent curing conditions, improving adhesion, surface finish quality, and long-term durability.
