Ribtec 9540-AF is a non-silicone liquid anti-foam additive developed to control excessive foaming in water-wash paint spray booths and associated paint-contaminated process water. It is also suitable for other industrial process and effluent systems where foam creates operational problems. Easy to use, Ribtec 9540-AF should be added in 100 ml doses until the foam is reduced to an acceptable level, with further additions made when required. For continuous or total-loss systems, the product can be metered into the process to maintain consistent control. Over-addition is not harmful, although unnecessary dosing may increase overall product usage and operating costs over time.

Mild steel, galvanised steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals must not be used for dispensing this product.
