Our Alloy Wheel Trolley is designed to make moving wheels efficiently between each stage of the refurbishment process. Two wheel-support rails provide organised storage for up to ten alloy wheels, helping keep work moving while reducing unnecessary manual handling around the workshop. The trolley is ideal for transferring wheels between stripping, rinsing, blasting, preparation and coating areas. A collection tray positioned beneath the rails catches residual water and chemical drips following stripping and rinsing, helping keep workshop floors cleaner and reducing slip hazards. A practical handling and storage solution for busy alloy wheel refurbishment businesses of all sizes and throughputs.
10-Wheel Alloy Wheel Trolley with Drip Tray
Our Alloy Wheel Trolley provides a practical way to store and transport wheels between each stage of the refurbishment process.
Designed specifically for alloy wheel refurbishment workshops, the trolley features two rails with capacity for up to ten wheels. This allows complete sets of wheels to be kept together and moved efficiently between stripping, rinsing, blasting, preparation, coating and finishing areas.
By reducing the need to carry wheels individually between processes, the trolley helps improve workshop organisation, maintain workflow and reduce unnecessary manual handling.
Integrated Drip-Collection Tray
A collection tray is positioned beneath the wheel-support rails to catch residual water and chemical drips following stripping and rinsing.
This helps prevent liquids from dripping directly onto the workshop floor, supporting cleaner working areas and reducing potential slip hazards. It also helps contain residual process chemicals so they can be collected and disposed of correctly.

Safe Use and Maintenance
Wheels should be loaded evenly across both rails to maintain stability. Operators must ensure the trolley is stationary and stable when loading or unloading wheels.
The collection tray should be inspected, emptied and cleaned regularly. Any water or chemical residue must be handled and disposed of in accordance with the relevant Safety Data Sheet, site procedures and environmental requirements.
Appropriate PPE must be worn when handling wheels that may still be wet or contaminated following chemical stripping or rinsing.
