White Aluminium Oxide Blasting Media

White Aluminium Oxide is a high-purity, hard and angular blasting abrasive designed for precise cleaning, preparation and finishing.

Its low level of impurities makes it particularly suitable for applications where iron-free blasting or a reduced risk of surface contamination is required. The sharp particles provide effective cutting action while allowing good control over the resulting surface profile.

White Aluminium Oxide can be used to remove coatings, corrosion and surface deposits from suitable components before painting, powder coating or specialist finishing.

Available Grades

• F60 Medium – Provides stronger cutting performance for coating removal and general surface preparation.
• F70 Fine – A versatile grade offering effective cleaning with a more controlled finish.
• F90 Finer – Suitable for detailed preparation and applications requiring a finer surface profile.
• F120 Finest – Provides the finest and most controlled finish within the available range.

White Aluminium Oxide is supplied in 25 kg bags.

The correct grade and operating pressure should always be selected for the substrate and required finish. Test settings on a representative area where necessary. Appropriate PPE, extraction and respiratory protection must be used.
